A Sarah’s Bag evening classic, this clutch features a quote from one of the greatest poets of the Arabic language, Al Mutanabbi, “Life’s invitations come to those with determination”. The proverb is rendered in graphic Arabic calligraphy that is meticulously hand-beaded in silver glass beads. A chain is included, allowing the clutch to be carried as a shoulder bag when needed.

Twenty One years ago, Sarah Beydoun was pursuing a master’s degree in sociology. Her thesis research led her to volunteer at a local NGO that works with underprivileged women and female prisoners.
