Place of delivery

Purchased items will be delivered to the place specified by the Customer on the Shipping address form.

Duties and Taxes

The price you pay at checkout does not include Sales Tax/ VAT and import custom duties of the destination country -you will pay these directly to our Courier to release your order from customs.
Please note, these costs will vary depending on service and product selected as well as shipping destination.

Shipping Process

Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected, where your item is coming from and its destination. Express delivery is available for the majority of destinations. Standard delivery is available in selected countries. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Express delivery for most of Europe and the US: delivered within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivered within 3-7 days.

Please note, all delivery times are estimated and FAME cannot guarantee delivery dates.


Delivery time

The delivery time of the products have an estimated times below unless otherwise specified on the item page in the shipping details:

  • PRODUCTS /ART IN STOCK : TWO(2) TO (3) working days to Europe, six (6) to seven (7) working days to the rest of the world (without any custom delays).
  • Paintings, Ceramics, Photography : Four (4) to five (5) working days to Europe, six (6) to seven (7) working days to the rest of the world (without any custom delays).
  • Furniture Design & Jewellery: Can vary between Two (2) to four (4) weeks to Europe and the rest of the world (without any custom delays).
  • Customised Orders:ARE ALL ORDERS THAT NEED TO BE MADE. Please see individual shipping details on the item page.

For remote or inaccessible areas (refers to transportation and delivery of shipments to areas outside the limits of major cities), the delivery may need more working days to be completed. You will be sent a tracking number once your order is complete.

 

Return Policy

Need Help with your Return or Exchange?

The following conditions must be met for accepting and processing a return or refund:

  • The item in question must be unused, not damaged, not worn, still with its tags in place and in excellent condition.
  • A copy of the sales receipt that was initially delivered to the Customer must be included.
  • Products must be returned IN the original packaging that was shipped to ensure that the products are received without damage.
  • The return will only be accepted once it is checked and found to be in good order.
  • The Customer is responsible to pay for the return of the item.
  • All artworks classified as: Paintings, sculpture and Photography are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours period ONLY, after that the sale is final.
  • Prints and etchings can be exchanged but not refunded.
    Items need to be returned within 14 days of delivery and returns are not free, they are at the expense of the customer.

Return Policy: Please note,

  • All customized orders are unique and non-returnable. (Artworks: paintings, photography ceramics, furniture designs, customised jewellery).
  • Etchings, prints, artwear and non-customised jewellery can be exchanged within 14 days but not refunded.
  • Damaged items will be exchanged with a new order not refunded.
  • Refunds will be given when item cannot be replaced by supplier or timeline is too long for client to wait (over 2 weeks).

If the above conditions are not collectively duly met, Fame Collective will notify the Customer by an e-mail once the item is received. In such a case, Customer has the option to collect products at his/her own expense. If Customer refuses to collect them, Fame Collective reserves the right to keep the products as well as the amount paid out of the original order.

Receiving a Refund

You can choose to receive your refund as store credit to your FAME account or to your original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account due to various processing times between payment providers.

Customer is strongly advised to return the item(s) via a trackable method. FAME Gallery shall not be responsible by any returning costs. Those are borne by the Customer.

If FAME is liable for a defect the Customer is entitled to a FAME Collective refund. However please note that customized defected items can only be replaced with a new order.

If a product is declared as defective by the Customer, Fame Collective is expressively reserved for the verification of the product as defective.

Force Majeure

Fame Collective is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure and therefore Fame Collective is entitled to an extension of the time for execution. Indicative examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transportation/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than two (2) weeks, the contract of sale may be terminated by any party without compensation.

Limitation of Liability

Fame Collective does not provide a guarantee, nor does it guarantee protection for a suitably sold product for any particular purpose.
