You can find the artist you're looking for by entering their name in the search bar on the website. On each artist’s profile, you can read about their story, go through their CV and read more on 'About the Artwork' to find out more.

Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected, where your item is coming from and its destination. Express delivery is available for the majority of destinations. Standard delivery is available in selected countries. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Artworks – All paintings are shipped rolled unless stated otherwise in the description.
Design Pieces – All design pieces are shipped sealed in crates unless stated otherwise in the description.
Artwear – All artwear pieces are shipped in the brands original packaging. -
All our artists and designers will enclose a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity for each Artwork / Design piece.

Once you’ve submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours of your order placement. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please see your selected products estimated delivery time. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking reference number to follow your items journey to you!

We will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery and only applies for non-customised items. Returns will only be accepted if the product has no signs of usage, damage and with all original tags attached. If you receive an item that is damaged, you must report this to us by email within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns, we will be happy to help. Please note all returns must be created by the customer and will not be FAME’s expense. Please check out our Policy page for more details. -
FAME accepts all major credit cards. You can use your credit card, debit card and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover) to pay for your order without worrying about security. If you prefer a direct wire transfer, email us at info@famecollective.com or send us a message and we would be happy to send you a payment link.
