Delivery and Returns

This piece is a custom order please allow 5 - 7 days delivery time from order date.

We don't offer a full refund or return unless the items to be returned are damaged or defective.

If the item has arrived with a defect, you must contact us immediately to be able to start the process within the next 24h. In this case, the cost of the return will be covered by FAME.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

In the event that the client decides to request a refund, we provide an alternative option in the form of store credit, which is valid for a duration of 30 days.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed in our own workshop in Cairo, with a special focus on Egyptian textiles that are brought to life with hand-embroidery and beading by the women in our workshop.
