Leila Nazarian is the founder of Eclectic Decks and is an Iranian-American entrepreneur currently living between Iran and the United States. Eclectic Decks is a contemporary art and lifestyle brand that fuses traditional art-forms from around the world with a modern-day platform. Each series in the Eclectic Decks collection draws inspiration from a different culture, taking time-honored prints and patterns, and merging them with the classic wooden skateboard. She also recently launched a series of Eclectic Bags, featuring the intricate craft of Persian marquetry, known as Khatamkari.

Leila received both a Bachelor of Arts in International and Comparative Politics, with a minor in Fine Arts, and a Master of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies, from the American University of Paris. She received her second Master’s in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California. Her passion for travel, cultural diplomacy, and the beach, all influence the brand; a mix of East and West, old and new, florid yet laid back.
