About the Artist

CousCous Caviar

Couscous Caviar is an avant-garde and bold brand that embodies a contemporary vision of craftsmanship. It was born from ancestral amazigh berber know-how, enriched by the many cultures that shape Tunisia, a small territory at the crossroads of worlds. The brand explores the dialogue between tradition and modernity, heritage and innovation, by pairing the authenticity of couscous with the refined standards of caviar.

This duality becomes an aesthetic signature, where ancestral embroidery meets clean, defined, and resolutely contemporary cuts, inspired both by great western couturiers and by a modern, premium artistic sensibility.

The brand reflects the image of its founder and designer, Semia Benzarti, whose journey embodies a rich and unapologetic contrast. Trained in communication and marketing in Paris, with a collegiate background in a convent school, followed by fashion design studies at Lasalle College, she represents the meeting of two worlds. Coming from a Tunisian family with deeply rooted values, Semia moves between authenticity and contemporaneity, between discipline and creativity.

A mother and an entrepreneur, she fulfills a childhood dream by merging her two souls: that of a generous, spicy Tunisian CousCous, and that of a spoonful of exceptional caviar. This duality is expressed in her creations through a strong visual language, where craftsmanship becomes art, and where the inspiration of Salvador Dalí fuels a bold, poetic, and unmistakably singular aesthetic.
